A man who doesn't like holding hands in public, that's him.
A man who doesn't say I love you often but he is a very loving person, that's him.
A man who is strict cause that's his way of saying "I care of you", that's him.
A man that can be crown as the "king of patience", that's him.
A man who will do everything to his love ones, that's him.
A man who's not perfect in anyway but he assure that he is giving his best without hesitating, that's him.
A man who pretends he's okay, cause he doesn't want to cause chaos and problem, that's him.
A man who's simple in a way, that's him.
What can you ask for? If you meet this kind of man, you are blessed by God indeed.
They go for a date today. Nice ambiance. Well, sort of. It just a simple eatery.
He's wearing simple shirt matching with casual shorts and yellow lacoste slipper. Simple right? (laugh)
He orders 2 bowl of rice, 2 sliced of fried pork, sprite soft drinks, and ask the waitress for a free 1 bowl of soup. Simple meals but it touches her heart.
After eating, they go for a walk.
She wants to hold his hand but she hesitate. What if he doesn't like it? What if he would feel shame cause she do that in public? What if he would not allow her to do that? What if he will let go of her hand after that? They have that kind of awkwardness. That "what if" that bothers her, frustrate her. (sigh) In the end, She decided not to.
While they're walking, he seen a vendor that selling some slippers and he bought her one pair. Simple right? But it's sweet in her part.
They continued to walk, walk, walk, walk, walk ...
Suddenly he stops. He stop to buy some bread. She smiled while looking at him cause he is so cute, the way he act is just too cute. It tickles her heart.
She told him that she's full because they ate already but he insists on buying it. So she accepted it.
They're both tired of walking so they decided to ride an MRT. They seated together while he's holding her bag. He's so cute. People were watching them, maybe thinking if what's their relationship. (laugh)
Their date for today was over and those simple moments that become memories are already locked in her heart.
She was in her working place. She is sick but she can't take a rest. (side eyeing to her boss). sigh
Just setting in a corner, waiting for their break. She's exhausted.
Tik Tak Tik Tak Tik Tak (listening to the sound of the wall clock)
Tadaaaa! Her savior appear in front of her. She wondered why he's here. (very curious)
"Why you're here? What brings you here?" (forehead creased)
"I am here to give you medicine. And here's the C2 and Pizza, you eat these ok? You should take these in order for you to get better."
"Huh?? Hehe Okay I will." (shocked) "By the way, who told you?"
"Your mom."
(sigh) "Mom tsk."
"I go now, you take care of yourself cause I'm not here by your side whenever you get sick. Do you understand?"
"I will."
When they're together, he often asks her If she's hungry.
Simple way of showing he cares for her, that's his way.
Simple things that she missed.
He maybe her 1st kiss. (when she was a baby)
He maybe her 1st dance. (when she was a kid)
He maybe her 1st hug. (when she was a baby)
Those "maybe" that assumes something but turns out to be real.
Real, her real 1st date.
He is the man of her life. Maybe for the meantime?
He is her king and will always be his princess.
He is her one and only.
Her Papa, her buddy, her best of friends, her father.
Memories they made together seems unreal to others but it is her reality.
Memories she cherished even if he's gone.
He's gone but he still remain alive in her heart.
